What is Gomtang?
Korean traditional beef soup with rice. Use various parts of beef along with radish to
boil. Soup served with sliced meat and rice.
How to eat Gomtang? 1. Add minced green onion and salt for seasoning. You may use Kimchi gravy instead. 2. Drink Hadongkwan barley tea after finishing Gomtang.
